I have been an active member of Indian national congress party since my boyhood, the appreciation that I have been rendered by the people of karur district.

Politics career path

At the age of 22, I was selected as a secretary of karur youth congress committee for two times from 1999-2004
When I crossed 30th year, I was selected to district president karur district congress traders cell to till now
I have been the vice president of, tamilnadu karur district, gymnastic association from 2004 to till now
I was ex-secretary of Tamil nadu lions club
I got amarar Rajeev Gandhi award from the central cabinet minister mr.Rajasekaran for free computer education to the rural students
I got youth entrepreneur award from the karur district collector-2005
I was a member in congress Tsunami relief committee at sambathampettai, Nagapattinam district
